Neurocrine Biosciences, the company that now markets VYKAT® XR (diazoxide choline) following its acquisition of Soleno Therapeutics, has published an open letter to the PWS community. The letter provides an update on the company’s plans for ongoing safety monitoring, a planned study looking at the use of VYKAT XR in people with PWS who have more complex health needs, and its work with the PWS community.
IPWSO is sharing the letter, along with the Important Safety Information, to help people with PWS, their families and caregivers, and healthcare professionals stay informed about VYKAT XR and the latest information provided by the company.
